X-Pel Clear Bra

I had X-Pel clear bra installed on both the Camaro and the Corvette this week. I am very pleased with the care and workmanship of the installer, Jonathan at Smart Shield who is the business owner and sole guy there. He was recommended by Mark (Carbon 65) and I'm very glad to also recommend him. The shop is in Chandler at 3185 N. Colorado Street, Chandler 85225 (602) 531-0259. He has an alternate installation site on Deer Valley for people in that area.

Window Tinting - Tint Wizard

I had the new Corvette's windows tinted today at Tint Wizard in Scottsdale. They did the Camaro for me earlier this year and I'm very satisfied with their workmanship. The widows look very dark in the picture, but they aren't in reality. I specified the Llumar Ceramic 30% transmission film, just as on the Camaro. Tint Wizard is at 15855 N. Greenway Hayden Loop, (480) 596-1133. It's a small place, you'll deal with Lenny or his partner. They do a lot of exotics and are very careful with the car.

More New Corvette - June 1

Here are a few more pictures of the new Corvette. Lucy and I had a great morning with Chris and Debbie on Saturday despite the cancellation of the Scuderia Southwest cars & coffee. We went to First Watch for breakfast, pictures of the cars at In N Out, a tour of Old Town Scottsdale and a final stop at the Pavillions car show. As it was our 34th Anniversary, we finished the day with dinner at El Chorro in Paradise Valley.
